Just Crafting

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for stopping by. I just want to share with you a couple of cards that I created last night while talking to my blog buddies Adrian of By Adrian 4 U and Melissa of Moe Creations on Skype. We chose a cartridge (Rock Princess), made some cards, and we were supposed to send them to one another sight unseen, but you know how that goes (lol). We couldn't wait, so we emailed each other the pics of the cards. Don't 'cha' just love technology.

It was a spur of the moment thing, but it was soooo much fun to craft with someone even if it is long distance. Comments are welcome; enjoy and GOD Bless!

Shaker Tag

Hello Everyone,

I just want to thank you again for stopping by. I was on Skype with Melissa of Moe-Creations and Adrian of By Adrian 4 U and we decided to have a challenge among ourselves. The rules: First we decided we had to

Use a cartridge that we all had.
Blindingly pick a page from the cartridge book and create something from whatever is on that particular page; and
Lastly, it had to be done by Wednesday.

Fun, right? Well when I looked at the images on the page (p.92) of the Celebrations Cartridge I said OMG! I don't know. I felt so limited, but once the creative juices started flowing I decided upon this cute Shaker tag. I have never seen one (I may have started something) and thought this would be a great idea . Okay Ladies, the Challenge is officially on. Now if anyone else would like to participate feel free. Just stop by our new challenge blog MAG Challenge by the page link your project so we can check it out. This is purely for fun!!! Moe and Adrian it is your turn. Comments are welcome. Enjoy and GOD bless.

Create a Card Challenge (Cricut-less)

Hello Everyone,
I am entering this card in the Create-a-Card Challenge over at Mary's blog (Cardz Tv).  Each participant is to create a card without the use of their friends, the Cricut (lol).  I love strawberries and so when I saw this paper I thought how cute.  I cut some of the strawberries out of the card stock and popped them up on some of the strawberries on the cover of the card.  I even put some of the strawberries at the bottom of the card inside just to dress it up a little.  Also, this is my first time trying out my embossing powder (thanks to Momo at Made by Momo's U-Stream Classes).  The sentiment reads "Birthday's are the Berry Best."   Comments are welcome.  Enjoy and GOD bless.
