Cardstock used is Recollections, cardbase made with Kraft cardstock. The ribbon was bought at Michaels(Offray-Straight and Narrow). The B-Day hat was cut at 3.5 inches. The card was edged using the scalloped scallops, and of course I used my pinkstamper's happy birthday from her family and friends stamps. The balloons are a sticker from DCWV birthday paper stack This card was given to my brother for his birthday. Happy Birthday "J." May GOD continue to bless you with many many more.
